I was very nervous about getting my car fixed because it seems like a transmission problem. Honda was able to find out about the extended warranty and get started working on my pilot immediately.

When I called to check in my car and Victoria was not where I could talk to her, no one else seemed to be able to tell me what was going on. I was never asked about changing the filters that are listed on my paper work as an estimate. I brought my car in on Monday and had to wait for a part to come in Wednesday. I asked once they pulled the Active Shutter Grill out to put the new one in if they could tell me if they was a short in a wire or just what happened to it. This is something that obviously doesn't happen around here often at all and I had to spend a lot of money to have it replaced along with the 12 volt battery that I do not have being an elderly woman with cancer. I wanted any information I could get because I plan to contact Honda company to complain about this part going bad when my daughter bought it brand new and I bought it from her. So far I have not received any information about why this part went bad. My daughter has had all oil changed and any maintenance that has to be done with the dealership so I know that no one else has worked on this car. Anyway. I plan on seeing what Honda will do.

The service reps don’t communicate amongst themselves. It is impossible to reach them by phone. They simply don’t answer and calls are looped back to the same two people in sales who must hand calls off to each other. Service department needs help, beginning with a less distracting phone system and reps that aren’t sabotaging each other’s performance.

The service advisors and techs and even the parts person were very polite and seemed like they wanted to be helpful. However I was dissapointed in the final service we received. They were apparently unable to find the answers we were looking for and for the two items they were able to complete, they did not communicate to us the progress or let us pick our vehicle up in a timely manner. We had to call up there to find out they were finished with it and we were unable to leave for our trip on time. To make matters much worse, they seemed to have messed something up in our a/c fan motor doing their 100 point inspection because now it makes a squealing noise. Also our car was clean and ready for the trip when we dropped it off and it was dirty when we picked it up and has spots on the windshield I can't get off. There are just too many unanswered questions for us to be able to recommend them to our friends and family.
